Internet Search Improved By User-side Data (ISIBUD) gets positive reviews and is to be funded.
The promise of Better Internet Search is now a step closer as the Next Generation Internet Trust have decided to fund the ISIBUD project. The first task for the company founder, Gordon Povey, is to assemble a project team and transfer some of the Trisent technology (on which the proposal was based) into the new company. The project will be planned in more detail and a collaboration contract with Edinburgh Napier University will be put in place.
